Program

Day 1 - Saturday
At any time of the day, depending on where you are coming from, our team looks forward to welcoming you to St. Martin's Spa. We will accommodate you in a luxurious Spa Golfer hotel, surrounded by beautiful hills where you can play disc golf right away. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor thermal mineral pool and a rich wellness offer (the world of saunas, massages, detox programs, salty rooms ..), so be sure to set aside at least an hour of your time for enjoyment and relaxation (as a slightly more active pace awaits us in the next few days). The program includes a community dinner at the hotel restaurant, and anyone who is not too tired of arrival trip is welcome to join in the Potkova Pub and continue the evening socializing.

Day 2 - Sunday
In the morning you are free to do what you please, whether you enjoy swimming pools and massages, or play disc golf or engage in other activities available (walking, cycling, ..). After spending the morning of your choice and possibly having lunch at one of the suggested restaurants, it's time to get to know the area you are in. At 3:00 pm we start a tour of the northernmost part of Croatia, the hilly and vineyards of Međimurje county. We will also visit the old mill on the Mura River, where we will taste the traditional cake Međimurje gibanica. We end our tour at the Terbotz restaurant, which also has an impressive wine cellar where, along with dinner, we will taste several types of wine typical in this region. The Terbotz restaurant is also known for its gastronomic specialties so you certainly won't go hungry to bed.

Day 3 - Monday
Monday we start with breakfast. Then we check out of the hotel and head for the town in the neighboring county, baroque Varaždin. Along the way, we will first visit the Varazdin disc golf course and play a round or two. After an active morning, we settle into a hotel and leave you free time until the early dinner that awaits us at Bedem Restaurant, known for the specialties of two award-winning chefs which are also the restaurant owners. But before dinner, we will all walk around the city center together and get acquainted with it`s sights.

Day 4 - Tuesday
On Tuesday morning we check out of the hotel and head towards the town of Trakošćan known for its fairytale castle from the 13th century which, situated on a hill above the lake, captivates with it`s beauty and is certainly one of the most beautiful castles in Croatia. After visiting the museum, we head for Krapina, the place where we will visit the Museum of Krapina Neanderthals, also one of the most modern museums in the region, built in 2010. The museum is followed by an organized lunch, after which we continue our journey to the town of Slunj, where we stay at the Mirjana Rastoke Hotel for the night. Optionally, we organize a short tour of the picturesque village of Rastoke known for its numerous lakes, waterfalls and rapids.

Day 5 - Wednesday
Wednesday begins with a strong breakfast as there is a very active day ahead of us and plenty to see and experience. First, we visit the oldest and most famous Croatian national park, Plitvice Lakes. They have been enchanting with their exceptional beauty since ancient times, so it is not surprising that they are also on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After 3-4 hours of walking through bridges and roads surrounded by beautiful waterfalls and numerous lakes, it is time to make up for the energy consumed, so soon after continuing the journey we will stop for a lunch. In the afternoon we move on to our final destination, Rabac. After a few hours ride we reach the Istrian peninsula and are located right next to the sea at Hotel Sanfior.

Day 6 - Thursday
Waking up to the sea and breathing in the fresh sea air from the windows of your rooms is definitely a special experience, so we leave you the morning off to continue the same, or for the necessary rest, a walk by the sea, or whatever you want to do. In the early afternoon, we will visit the nearby Sculpture Park, which holds as many as 94 sculptures by famous Croatian and international artists. We will set up a smaller pop up disc golf course at this location and you will have the opportunity to play in such a special artistic environment. In the evening, we will visit the town of Labin and visit a local winery where we will enjoy a delicious Istrian evening followed by local wine tasting experience.

Day 7 - Friday
To start our last day, we leave you free time in the morning to enjoy the swimming pools or take a walk by the sea. Around noon we leave for an excursion into the interior of Istria. We visit the picturesque town of Motovun and the millennial town of Poreč, where we will also see another Croatian cultural property from the UNESCO World Heritage List, the Euphrasian Basilica. The early Christian assembly is the only complete preserved monument from that time in the world. After a cultural uplift and a tour of Poreč, it's time for our last dinner together, at least this time. After dinner, we return to the hotel for an overnight stay, or for those who, after 7 active days, remain tireless, continuing to hang out at the bar.

Day 8 - Saturday
The day has come when our seven-day program ends. After breakfast, depending on the flight time of most passengers, we leave for Zagreb (airport). And we believe that with your suitcases and eventual souvenirs, you bring home many beautiful experiences and memories of the beauties of our country, as well as a new small company that had a good time in this week's Disc golf in Croatia. Good luck!
